 🔮Beyond Academia
There is so much in the world! I wear many hats as a daughter, wife, dog parent, writer, and more! Â
I live with my husband and our lovely dog, Pepper.
I enjoy lying in bed and browsing social media to catch up with my friends and also find cool ideas for my research, along with fun photos and videos I can use in my class materials. (Instagram: @jacando_)
These days, I am learning golf and pilates, and I make it a point to walk with Pepper every day. I also love cooking Korean food at home and exploring restaurants in Cincinnati with my husband. Lastly, I have a deep passion for both digital journaling and handwriting. In 2016, published a personal essay ("Snap of Memory") that compiled diaries from my time as an exchange student, and I donated the proceeds from the book sales to charity. I hope to publish another book someday!Â
